E-mail and online fraud
If you suspect you've received a fraudulent e-mail, forward it to us immediately
at
abuse@UnitedCapitalMortgage.net. This e-mail
address is able to handle only messages related to suspected e-mail fraud.
Please do not use this e-mail address to send us general questions about your
online submissions. If you have general questions, please go to contact us.
If you are uncomfortable forwarding the e-mail, you may fax the
information to 216-373-2028. Please be sure to write down the title of the
e-mail, the sender and names of any attachments.
Identity theft
If you suspect that someone has gained access to important personal information
and may use that information for illegal purposes contact the Federal Trade
Commission (FTC). They provide a variety of useful information and resources
related to identity theft, including an ID Theft Affidavit for disputing accounts
opened in your name without your authorization. Visit the FTC ID Theft Web site.
Alerting a credit bureau
If you suspect you might be a victim of identity theft, contact any of the three
major credit bureaus to place a fraud alert on your credit file. You also can
order a credit report to identify any unauthorized activity.

How we may share information
UnitedCapitalMortgage does not sell or share customer information collected from our
Web site with lenders outside UnitedCapitalMortgage who may want to offer you their
own products and services. We may share customer information within our family
of companies. In addition, we may share customer information we collect from
you online with companies that work for us. All companies that act on our
behalf are contractually obligated to keep the information we provide to them
confidential and to use the customer information we share only to provide the
services we ask them to perform for you and us.
Our Lenders do Business in Accordance with Federal Fair Lending Laws
